As a member of our medical malpractice firm’s Personal Injury Practice Group, Robert focuses on such personal injury areas as fall cases, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, wrongful death cases, sexual abuse, and violations of any person’s civil rights.
A 1985 graduate of Boston University School of Law, Robert’s familiarity and expertise in civil rights liability litigation makes him an outstanding and effective advocate of clients’ rights. He joined the Silverstein & Kahn, P.C. team in 1998 and has dedicated his career to the firm ever since. Robert loves being able to make a difference in the lives of clients through the work he accomplishes for them, while also increasing legal knowledge of key issues relative to his practice field.
Robert has lived in Berkshire County since 1988 when he began attending Williams College. Prior to that, Robert lived in Western Massachusetts in Holyoke, Northampton and other area towns. Since settling in Berkshire County, Robert has made a point to get involved in the community, serving on various boards and working on various projects beginning with his work as a Williams Big Brother while a student. One of his most noteworthy accomplishments was the restructuring and rebuilding of Hillcrest Educational Center, which provides vital services to troubled children in the region.
