Mr. Silverstein honed his Trial skills as a Prosecutor and thereafter, joined a prestigious NYC Medical Malpractice defense law firm. He defended prominent Physicians and Hospitals in virtually every medical discipline at Trial of medical malpractice actions throughout the NYC Metropolitan area.

In 1991 Mr. Silverstein joined the “plaintiff’s” Bar and has represented seriously injured patients of negligent medical care, as well as catastrophically injured victims of motor vehicles accidents, construction accidents and matters of products liability. He is credited with many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. After 38 years in practice, Mr. Silverstein insists on attending to his clients personally. He knows the importance of these matters and does not delegate your case to a an  inexperienced Attorney. He personally conducts all Depositions, reviews all medical records, and prepares each and every case for Trial.
