What practice areas does Robert Silverstein Law, P.C. cover?

How do I determine whether I have a medical malpractice case?
If you or a loved one suffered due to the negligence of a healthcare provider, you likely have a medical malpractice claim. We offer free initial consultations to discuss your matter and offer guidance as to possible next steps.
What will happen when I contact your law firm?
We will schedule a confidential consultation after your email or phone call. We will discuss your matter during that consultation, answer your questions and offer a custom approach to your legal strategy.
How are fees handled?
For medical malpractice cases, we generally act on contingency-fee contracts—meaning you do not pay legal fees if we do not recover compensation. For other cases, we charge either hourly or on a flat-fee basis. All fee arrangements are explained in detail prior to engagement.
Who will work on my matter?
You will be directly represented by Robert Silverstein, an experienced and knowledgeable attorney who offers hands-on services and personal attention with clear communication at every step of your case.
Will you represent clients located outside New York?
Representation outside of New York is possible since our main office is in New York City; however, depending on the matter and applicable laws governing practices, it may be possible.
