No Attorney-Client Relationship

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, notwithstanding its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. By using the Site you consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Severability
